I'm running an ipad 2 with ios5, and I have my calendar on google, and someone also shares their google calendar with me. I have google sync to sync my calendar (email and contacts) to my ipad 2. I have it set up as an email using the exchange option, then choosing to get mail contacts and calendar pushed to my device. When I open the calendar app in ios5, I can choose which calendars to view (which is usually just my own). If i select just my calendar to view, and then pull down the new notification bar, it still shows me the events on the other persons calendar. Is there a way to either choose which calendars to sync or to hide other peoples calendars from that notification bar? I can only turn all the calendars on and off... not individual ones.

Thanks!

You can handle individual calendars in settings on the Google Sync website.
