I just got a motorola i930 smartphone. I purchased pocketMac phone to sync my appointments/contacts, etc. I've been able to sync my contacts, but not my iCal calendar. It gets as far as Comparing data... and then stops moving. I did try putting some appointments on the phone and did get those to move to iCal on the Mac, but I have a ton of appointments that just won't move from the Mac to the phone. In preferences, I did limit the number of days to sync to 7. I have a G4 running 10.3.9. PocketMac has told me to run reports, reset the phone and reboot the computer, but now my ticket is "on hold for the next level of support". Can anyone help?

i can't help, but generally if you ticket goes on hold in the support world either they are backup, or you problem is legit and they are working on finding a solution.

Switched to Missing Sync

I got tired of waiting for PocketMac. After reading other people's suggestions on this and other boards, I bought The Missing Sync. Worked perfectly, after I deleted any leftover PocketMac files. It even synced the time on my phone to my computer, which is great because my phone doesn't get the date/time from a global clock or from the provider and I was walking around last week with the wrong date on my phone!
