Syncing iPhone and Mac notes

So I use Simplenote on my iPhone and JustNotes on my Mac to keep to do lists, shopping lists, and more importantly brainstorming notes synced.

Together they're pretty slick, and I really like JustNotes interface.

The problem for me is that the syncing is through JustNotes server. I'd rather not sync via the cloud and was wondering if anyone knows of a wifi network based alternative for syncing.
