Ok about 1 week ago i purchased my new quad core imac i transferred all my files including my itunes library (music, podcasts, videos and apps all of it). Now i need to make my new imac my default itunes library for my iphone, but to do this itunes is saying i must delete ally stuff off my iphone and put it back on again. I am fine doing this but i have a few concerns.
-What exactly will itunes delete off my iPhone? My pictures, contacts anything like that?
-Will all my app preferences and game scores be deleted when itunes resyncs them?

If anyone can answer my questions i would really appreciate it.

You should have used Apple's built in migration assistant designed to save user time, and transfer the files properly.

can you tell what stuff will be deleted when i resync? Is it just my apps, videos and music that will be deleted then resynced. Or is it gonna delete my contacts and photos aswell?
