Syncing one iPad with 2 different iTunes accounts?

Although most iPad apps are already available in the Hong Kong app store, Apple still hasn't released Pages, Numbers and KeyNotes. The store where I bought my iPad also sells American iTunes prepaid cards but since I already bought over 300 apps (including iPhone apps), I do not want to start all over. Is it possible to sync 2 different accounts to one single device? Will all of my apps still update with one click?

Yes, as long as both accounts are authorized on the one computer. You will need to keep it (2 accounts) that way from now on, unless you re purchase the apps with your original account in the future.
