iPod Syncing only specific seasons

I want to sync The Office to my iPhone 3G S 16GB, however, being The Office fanatic I am, I have every season with every episode ever aired, totaling 18GB.

No problem, I've watched Season 1 and 4 a fair bit, I'll just take 2, 3 and 5. How do I only sync specific seasons in iTunes?

NOTES
- I do not want smart playlists. I want this to show under Videos.
- I do not want to have to delete the other seasons, or preferably not syncing them.

The only way I've found to do this (though not ideal at all) is under TV show name in info for each item, change the name from "The Office" to "The Office Season 2"...then you can select it as a 'show' to sync in your video syncing options and you'll get just your season.

Not ideal I know, but works for me...would be interesting to see if there's a better option out there!
