Syncing Outlook Tasks with iPhone

I am looking for a tasks app for the iPhone that will allow me to sync tasks on my iPhone with Outlook as near to seamlessly as possible. Here is what I'm looking for:

• I need to be able to manage the tasks on my iPhone "offline" when I do not have access to the internet
• I only need to sync my tasks when I'm at my computer once or twice a day
• I definitely am not open to subscription services, only an app I need to pay for once
• I don't need to have subtasks as a part of the app, I just need to be able to have my list of tasks and their due dates

I am open to any app, but I have been looking at using Toodledo.com and the matching iPhone app. Has anyone been using this to sync with Outlook tasks? Is it pretty seamless once it's set up?

the solution that i'm living with is using pocket informant (syncs toodledo and google cal)

I have found the app IMtasks works just fine.
