I currently use iCloud to sync my photos with my iPhone, iPad, and MBP and really like how my photos appear in each device. I'm going to travel and won't have reliable internet to sync my trip photos that are taken on my iPhone to my MBP. Without messing up my current set up is it possible to get my trip photos off my iPhone and over to my MBP so I can have some fun with them on the trip?

Will you have a wifi network (not internet, just the network)? If yes, I can recommend PhotoSync.

Use AirDrop. It is not for sync in fact, but rather to copy (send) from one device to others. For me it does the job, when I copy in-apps documents between iPad and iPhone (and vice-versa).

Wow, I bought Photosync and it works well but so does AirDrop. Both are good solutions. Thanks.

Both are solutions that work. PhotoSync is nice as i believe it keeps track of what has already been transferred.
