What's the best method to backup my iphone photos? I tried syncing via iPhoto and it's just frustrating, suddenly it creates two copies, I don't know what is going on.

iTunes? My photos are included in my normal backup...

import them through iphoto and have iphoto delete the originals. That way they are only in iphoto.

I just did that and when I synced with my iPhoto library it worked however the quality went way down. Now when I view them on my iPhone there is a certain noise to the pictures.

UPDATE: Ok need big help. Is there anyway I can move my iPhoto photos back into my iPhone because when I sync normally the quality just sucks so bad. I need to manually move them back into the camera library somehow.

Question

Rather than starting another new thread i thought I would ask my question here.

When I sync my iPhone with iTunes I have pictures selected via iPhoto. I have only one folder in iPhoto selected and the iPhone syncs just fine but on the iPhone there are now two picture folders (i guess) one is the name of my sync folder (named:Mobile) and then there is also another one names "Photo Library" with the same images inside.

Why is there two folders on the iPhone with the same images?
How can I fix this so I'm not doubling up on pictures on the phone and wasting storage space.

When I choose the "Photo" icon on the iPhone there should only be two options to choose from
1. Camera Roll
2. Mobile (my sync'd folder name)

TIA
