Syncing Smart Mailboxes via iCloud Drive?

Hi everyone -

I'm trying to sync my Mail Smart Mailboxes between my Macs. I have checked "Mail" under System Prefs -> iCloud -> iCloud Drive on both computers, but I cannot get any of my old or newly created Smart Mailboxes to show up on another Mac.

Is there any way to see if the Smart Mailbox rules are making their way to my iCloud Drive? Trying to figure out where things are going wrong.
