I have a Sony-Ericsson K700i which I've synced using isync several times without a problem. This morning, however, I began getting this message in a pop-up after the isync window says "syncronization complete"

The connection was lost while sending some changes to the device.
Device "K700i" synchronization failed

-Any ideas on what is causing it to fail?

Have you had the firmware on the k700 updated? I had a few problems after that happened.

I managed to get mine synching again by deleting the k700/Mac pairing from both the k700 and the Mac. And then resetting it by creating the pairing from the k700. Then iSync managed to find it under Add Device and complete the synch. It only needed to be done once and then it seemed to work in the future. Good luck

It's been a while since I first brought up this issue, but I just got around to looking into again, and I'm still having problems. I have tried deleting each device from the other and re-pairing them, but I'm having the same issue.

I get the above error message after synching the phone. The iCal events that do transfer to the phone show up at the wrong time and often the wrong day. The todo items seem to sync OK. Contacts aren't synching at all. When I first got the phone, I know that I used isync to transfer the contacts with no problem.

Any ideas on what's going on? Anyone else using a K700i with no problems?

I saw a tip on Apple.com to reset the sync history, which I did and that worked. However, events from ical do not sync to my phone (I thought they were supposed to??), and the times are still way off. The time settings on my K700i are on daylight savings and GMT -1:00.
