System 3.0 and App Incompatibility

Has anyone found incompatibilities between their game Apps and System 3.0 or the iphone 3Gs?

Ever since installing them on my new iphone 3Gs, I have had Sea Battle and Top Gun freezes and crashes. This never happened with my 2G iphone and the variations of System 2.

1 vs. 100 was having some graphical issues but they've sense updated it.

It is quite sad, a few of my Apps have not been updated to work with 3.0. They just freeze up and crash.
