I just upgraded my system to the M2 Mac Studio, from a late 2015 iMac, but was experiencing this same issue before the change. I get alerts on my desktop that often don't respond to the choice I make of those shown in the alert, and won't go away until I restart my system. These are not notifications effected by the Notifications settings, but are application proprietary alerts that I have to push off to the corner of my screen to be out of my way, because they won't go away. See the attached for two that I had to deal with yesterday that persisted until I restarted my Mac. The FileZilla alert persisted and FileZilla never loaded. The Pro Tools alert persisted even after force-quitting and reopening Pro Tools. Finally had to restart to get rid of them. I need to find out what's going on with these and, hopefully, get a solution to the problem.

Thanks
