System freeze after 5 mins with Catalina

i have installed the beta Catalina. Now my MacBook Air (2015) is freezing after a few minutes. A total hang. Cursor stuck. Have to reboot.

Have tried resetting Pram and SMC.

Have also left it with no apps running at all and it still happens.

Activity monitor shows Imdpersistence agent hogging a lot of CPU.

At the moment my Mac is pretty unusable and am thinking of reverting to a time machine backup or Mojave.

Anyone else seeing this ?

If I were using your machine myself I’d go back a few versions of OS X. Like back to El Capitan.

Samar issue on my early 2015 pro. Completely freezes as you have described. Happens intermittently but more often than not if I’m trying to sync music or have the photos app open
