System monitoring utilities for M1

Does anyone with an M1 mac know the status of these tools?

Macs Fan Control

Obviously Intel Power Gadget doesn't work. Maybe some individual or group is working on a similar power/frequency/temp/usage tool.

I heard in a recent video that Macs Fan Control is broken, although I would guess that they'll recompile for ARM at some point.

This might be a good time to try to get over OCD issues and just use the machine.

Oh I don't own one currently. More of a curiosity at this point.

If I were to buy, it'd be an air. The 13" pro vs air debate changed drastically with M1. The air no longer doubles as a stove. And being free of the touch bar would be rather nice.
