Often when I open system preferences the window shoots up so that the top part is actually under the menu bar. Bit irritating if I can't access any of the top preferences! I googled a bit but didn't come across anything relevant. Any ideas for how to stop this? it must be really simple but......

I tend to hit mission control and move the window that way (or just use View on menu bar) but would love to stop it doing it in the first place! Thanks though, that's another way round it.
