System Settings Question

Hello guys, ive always check the iOS blog to search for some tips and things for make my iPhone better, now i have an iPhone 4S and i have a little question to ask:

in location -> System Settings exist 5 options to put on or off...

Data network Search
Compass Calibration
Diagnostics and use
iAds
Traffic
Time Zone

the question is, what i should put on Off whitout damage cellular and data networks? im very interested to know what "Traffic" and "Data Network Search" do... could u enlight me a bit with this? the best ive got in my phone is 4h in standby at 100% with Wifi/Edge and cellular data on...

oh and i will write my phone configuration for some help to what things turn off =D

Right now ive have:

Edge/3G = Only activated when needed
Wifi = On (Question to connect off)
Antenna = On (usually 1-2-3 bars in my home)
Notifications = On (right now only phone, weather, sms in notifications)
Localization = On (but no any App added to know where i am)
System Settings = only Data network search and Traffic On
Brightness = 3/4 of Brightness (Auto Brightness = Off)
Siri = Off
Bluetooth = Off
Spotlight = No any added to search (only appears search in web)
Ping = Off
Date and Time = Set Automatic Zone is Off
iCloud = Off and Deleted iCloud Account
Push = On
Mail = No any Account added
Calendar = Time Zone Support Off
Equalizer = Off

Apps installed:

Adobe Reader
Flipboard
Skype

I'm not sure I understand what you're trying to say. You can turn everything off really, and it won't "damage" the cell network. All of those options are just that, options.

Not sure exactly what "traffic" is (perhaps traffic reporting through the Maps app?), but the network search function, if you allow it to, will use GPS to speed up its search of available cell networks. Most cell networks have a range of licenses, and the frequency your carrier operates on in one place isn't always the same in other areas (the next city or state, for instance). So, the phone can discover where your carrier is running in one of two ways: scan all of the frequencies it can receive on until it finds something, or narrow it search based on where you are.

so... what of that 2 consumes more battery? finding all the antennas to find the working one? or search with GPS my location to find an antenna? x.x

iAds and time zone are the two that will use the most battery.
