I have been a SystemPal user for the past 3 years and never ever had an issue. Well, not until I upgraded to Mojave.

The SystemPal no longer appears on any menu, and in fact I cannot even open that app, even though it is on my applications.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled it several times and still no function. It seems as if it refuses to open at all. Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue?

I contacted SystemPal and tried their suggestions with no change. They even said they installed Mojave and found no issues.

I hate to abandon SystemPal, but I will be left with little choice?

Resolved.....

After many frustrating days dealing with apple and the software company itself, I stumbled onto a solution myself.

I copied the app from an older backup (time machine folder) from 2016, and drug the copy onto my current desktop. Then successfully opened the app and used log in preferences from the app and from my user group, and voila’ fixed and working. Starts up when logging in and is in menu bar.

Apple’s solution, reinstall oS Mojave (that did not work), make a new administrator user id, new pass, and then save home folder and docs and pics and such in an external (the app was not worth all that trouble and seemed unnecessary. So before giving up entirely I c injured up the idea of finding a time machine copy of the app and dragging it to the current desktop and working from it and its preferences.

So whether it is this app or another, this may be a solution
