I downloaded the Pink T-mobile carrier logo through Cydia with the 2.1 firmware. Piece of cake... download, reboot, = pink T-mobile logo.

When I upgraded to the 2.2 software it no longer worked and I thought after a few weeks an update would be posted but it's been quite a while and still nothing!

I know there are other methods through customization to change the logo, but did anyone else experience this issue with 2.2 and if so, what's the easiest fix? I can't believe an update for the Cydia (Big Boss) version hasn't been posted.

I just installed mine in a 2.2 firmware without any problem. Did you try to uninstall and install again? Good luck.

I uninstalled it and when I go to re-install it says:

/var/cache/apt/archives/com.tmobile.images20_1.00/all.deb

subprocess pre-installation script returned error exit status 1

<Okay>

Doesn't look like it's re-installing properly. Are there any requirements to have installed to make this work? It worked fine with the 2.1 software and firmware I was using.

Can someone else try to help me?

I still can't get the pink T-mobile carrier logo to return.

The error (above) has gone away and I am able to successfully install the app but the logo never changes. I have tried uninstalling, rebooting, reinstalling, rebooting and still nothing. I am running firmware version 2.2.

Thanks!
