I'm not surprised. Since I switched around a year and a half ago .... I had the best plans, best CS, and the best service I ever had. And I've dealt with all 4 of the big carriers.

AT&T used to be my favorite, but they slowly turned into the opposite of what it was like on Cingular.

Verizon's reliability gets worst every year. I don't know what going on with then.

Sprint was a problem since the late 90s. They never had good service .

tmobile service has vastly improved. on top of that, their aggressive pricing has helped retain and gain customers. no surprise here. go tombile.

Sweet! I recently switched and so far no complaints. But, I'm still in the honeymoon faze so let's see in a few months how it goes.

T-Mobile is the only carrier actively spending cash to refarm old 2G towers to 4G LTE and turning on 700MHz spectrum for phones that can utilize band 12 (Samsung Note 5, S6 versions, the new iPhones that just came out and all new flagships from here on out.) Basically, by the end of Q1 2016, if you buy a new phone, your coverage will be equal to or better than ATT and Verizon.

My wife has sold her iPhone 6+ (she got tired of it always refreshing webpages when she was halfway down a long page!) for a Note 5 and she has LTE everywhere now (T-Mobile just turned on Band 12 in the Fresno area last week). I'm still rocking my 2014 Moto X and I don't have Band 12, so I still drop to 3G in some spots where her phone is speeding along on LTE.

Gotta love T-Mobile. 2 lines with unlimited data with free calls/texts across all of North America and free texting on any flight that has internet for $110 per month.

Yeah, TMobile still as of right now doesnt have the best call coverage and Verizon is better but just yesterday at work, i had LTE data while a guy had Verizon and his data was very weak and wouldnt load. Cant wait to get the 12 band going. That will be cool.
We have the plan with all of us having 10gb a month of data that rolls over every month and unlimited everything else and it saved me $20 a month from the old plan i had.

Nice! Just a couple more months until I can leave Verizon for T-Mobile. I love what they have been doing the past year or so with new plans, phone selection, upgraded towers, etc. I live in a big city so hopefully it is an effortless switch!

I'm loving T-mobile plan prices!! I had every carrier and I would be paying $140 for 10gb! I'm paying $80 for unlimited everything
 
I would love to switch to T-Mobile but their coverage is still pretty poor in my area. Hopefully in a year or so I will be able to switch. In the meantime hopefully their low prices will continue to influence other carriers to lower their prices somewhat.

That is a legacy plan that I can't get now right? Is that before tax?

The deal I got was $100 (that was a flat rate, no extra paying taxes or anything. Straight $100 even!) for two lines and unlimited everything. The extra $10 I pay now is for calling/texting/data anywhere in North America.
It also used to be $80 for unlimited everything for 1 line. Guess they have changed it?

The uncarrier moves have just made everything sweeter. Unlimited streaming music, free texting on north american flights, and a new rumor is coming out that T-Mobile may include free streaming for a certain video app or apps. (Thinking this may be a Netflix, Amazon Prime Video or Hulu deal?)

I was paying $80 for unlimited already, then they told me I can add $20 more for another line. I jumped on that with the quickness. Plus they give 5gb of tethering for each line. :D
 
This is great! T-Mobile deserves to be the #1 carrier for changing the industry!

I'm glad they're on track to double their customer base next year since John Legere became CEO back in 2012.
 
If Sprint had a good network and billing practices, then they could be close to the top too. Metro PCS even scored higher than them in performance. That's a damn shame.

I'm paying $140 for four lines, all have 10GB of data, unlimited everything else and I believe that Comes with the Jump program or, and insurance. I forget.
Then we have two phones being paid on every month, one is 26 or 27, the other is 19-20 so im around 186-187 total bill that will go down when phones are paid off ornwe can upgrade early. I have to read about it again since I forget but I don't upgrade til about a year anyways. I'm not a multiple phone user.
 
In early Sept, after having been with ATT for 9 years, I switched to Tmobile. My main reason was to save $. ATT - $262 (total) for 4 lines with 2 Next plans and 15 gb shared vs T-mobile - $187 (total) for 4 lines and 2 Jump!on Demand and 10gb/line ($120 for 4 lines). Plus, I can add several (4-7) more lines w/10gb per line for $20 per line. Also, I can double the data on any line for an additional $10. And, free music streaming (at least, no data usage). To really save, get some friends aboard and you can really max the savings and features.

What's really nice is that my coverage is better and my download speeds are more than doubled. At present, I haven't traveled so there might be a bit of a difference, then?

T-mobile is making the other carriers change their plans and that's good for all.

T-Mobile has spotty reception where I live so it's a non starter for me. But good to see the feedback.
Everyone benefits from healthy competition.
 
Unfortunately their customer service doesn't seem to extend to their prepaid plans... I'm on T-Mobile prepaid and if it weren't such a good deal I might consider switching... the customer service has been atrocious and I've had enough technical difficulties for a lifetime!
