So I ordered mine on Apple Store app after it finally refreshed, the shipping date was showing 1-2 weeks.
Then I tried on T-mobile website and successfully ordered one, however, the website crashed a few times so the shipping method was changed to normal(7 days, free) rather than expedited(Overnight, free). Once the apple order was bumped up to 11/3, I called T-Mobile and canceled the order.
Now I just received an email from Tmobile with a tracking number, and shows the supposedly canceled iPhone X order will be deliver tomorrow, what should I do? (They did charged my credit card, just to be clear)

Legally speaking if they send you a product that you did not request it is yours to keep and do with as you please. If they contact you and ask for it back, or start to charge you for it, then I would just give it back, not to deal with the hassle. But legally if they processed the cancellation, and the order was actually cancelled and still sent it to you, then it is yours.

I might return one them so not to pay for 2 phones.

Just to be clear this only applies via FTC regulation 39 U.S. Code § 3009 for an unordered product, not an incorrect order. That is covered by §UCC 2-601 assuming this is the US. A shipping error due to a late cancellation, for example, is an incorrect order filed. So legally you’d have to pay up or return at seller’s expense.

Oh wow, very detail.
My intention was never to get it for free, they already charged me.
If for some reason they didn't charged me I will take it back for sure.

Do what you’d like your children to do.
Or do what Kevin Spacy would do to TMobile if it were a young boy.

If they said it was canceled and they didn’t charge you wait a few days. If they still don’t contact or charge you sell it.

:D:eek: omg too soon? lol

Good one, but my card has already been charged, I paid in full, so can't really justify to have two.

Donate it to iFixit for a teardown.
haha, I'm sure they already have one, at least I hope so.
From the Chinese teardown shows there are two batteries.
