I jailbroke my iPhone last night and am giving it to my coworker I have ATT and it works fine but it's not working with his or his wifes T-Mobile sim card any ideas?

Jailbreaking will not unlock. For the 2G you can unlock using QuickPwn by simply checking a box, but with the 3G you will need to use yellowsn0w. This will *only* work on the 02.28.00 Modem Firmware, viewable in Settings>General>About.

I think you mean "unlock".
Still Not Working
It doesn't even ask me if I want to unlock it it just asks if I want to change the boot logo. And then does it's thing. Anyone have any ideas? This is driving me insane I called some one who did it but he only as a 3g now and can't figure it out.
