Just wondering, but how well is T-Mobile in the UK on an ultrasn0w unlocked iPhone 3G(S)?

My 12 months internet addon is about to run out, and T-Mobile has an awesome SIM (top up £10 and get unlimited Texts and Internet). Does 3G work? Does voicemail, SMS/MMS, email etc work fine? What settings do you have to change for it to work?

Also, what sort of coverage are you getting?

Thanks :D I don't really wanna pay £10 for a SIM that might not do what I want it to ;)

Everything worked fine for me (except visual voicemail). Just had to put in the cellular data for T-Mobile. I was using their £20 sim only deal for unlimited texts and data with something like 600 mins.

I think they charge you to pick up your voicemail though which no one else I'd ever been with did. I don't use voicemail though so it didn't bother me.

I was with them until I left the UK in September, they had awesome coverage in Edinburgh at least and no problems with anywhere else I visited either.

Thanks. So 3G works? I've read somewhere that you can only get Edge, but that may have been in the USA.

Got my SIM. Unlock works, Calls/SMS works, and hopefully data works. I can't check it until next month though.

Edit: What are the data settings?
