I'm running iPhone 3GS 3.1.2 unlocked via blackra1n on T-Mobile USA. My MMS has worked up until recently.

I have restored and that did not help. The settings I have are:

wap.voicestream.com
mmsc: 216.155.174.84/servlets/mms
mms proxy: 215.155.165.50:8080

Everything else is blank. Also, I'm on the old $20 grandfathered internet so my APN (at the very top of the screen) is internet2.voicestream.com

Please help. Thank you.

(I received a MMS just now and it says, "The media content was not included due to a picture resolution or message size restriction.") Keep in mind I was able to MMS fine send/receive to the same person a few weeks ago.

I followed the instructions here http://www.funkyspacemonkey.com/howto-mms-fix-tmobile-usa

1. Open Cydia
2. Search for Legacy
3. Select TMobile US (the 1st option)
4. Once installed, go to Settings> General> Reset> Reset network settings and reset your Network Settings.
5. Input Internet & MMS Settings.
Go to Settings> General>Network>Cellular data network> APN= epc.tmobile.com
MMS: Go to MMS apn and type wap.voicestream.com
MMSC is 216.155.174.84/servlets/mms
proxy is 216.155.165.50:8080
MMS max Message size 614400
6. Select return and power cycle the phone
7. Test Internet
8. Test MMS. It should now work.
