Hi,

I just got a t610 phone and I love it, I got the bluetooth all hooked up but I am getting this annoying time difference when using iCal and iSync with the phone.

For example I will make an appointment in iCal that is for 2:45pm on any day and it will move it back 7 hours to 9:45pm of that day. Hence a 11pm appt. moves to 6am the next day.

I have worked with the time zones and everything and it should be set up perfectally.. please help me out.

Thanks
-Bruce

I had the same problem on my T616 at first (basically the same phone as the T610). Make sure that the Auto Time Zone feature is off. Its in the Settings/Time and Date/Advanced section. Also, make sure you have your Daylight Savings time set correctly. Other than that I can't exactly remember what fixed my problem, but it works like a charm now. Let me know if any of that works for you, if not, I can try to help you some more.

same problem

I had the same problem when I first got my T610, and I too don't remember exactly. It had to do with turning off automatic something or other. I just fiddled with it and got it to work. What I wanted to mention was that you MUST buy the program Sailing Clicker for $8. With this software you can control the mouse, itunes, DVD, and any other scrptable programs from your phone. It also has proximaty sensors which will pause itunes when you get an incoming call and do really anything you program it to do. For example when I come home my imac senses my phone, says " Welcome Home Adam" and then speaks the name of the song, and then begins playing. Subsiquently when I leave my house it will pause itunes shortly after the phone is out of range. There is nothing better than laying in bed and going from song to song. It also work with your address book to display incomming caller information and picture which works nice. This is the only piece of shareware I have EVER purchased. It is available for free but you can only perform 30 clicks on the phone before you have to reconnect. I wish sony and apple could teamup though to buid an iPhone.
