Tab Sets allow you to add multiple tabs to a bookmarks folder at one time.

It was a mentioned feature during the keynote. It is also mentioned on Apple’s iOS 13 features page.

I hadn’t heard about this feature but I am very pleased it is finally being added.

It’s pretty straightforward: just longpress the bookmark icon and you get a pop-up prompting you to Add Bookmarks for 1,000,000 Tabs. Then it asks you where you’d like to save them. Done.
