I was just flipping through some of the developer guides and found some odd wording in the Coacoa Fundamentals Guide

---"You can build Cocoa applications for two platforms: the Mac OS X operating system and iPhone OS, the operating system for multi-touch devices such as iPhone and iPod touch"---

Is this apple's way of saying that they're going to create another product that runs iPhone OS?

The guide was last updated 10/19/09, by the way

I don’t know how you can get that impression from Apple’s comment. They are simply saying the two platforms that support multi-touch. Nothing more and nothing less.

Apple doesn’t give hints - they aren’t that stupid.
