Hi everyone,

I've installed the GM of 10.11 and I'm having an issue with Safari. Previously, I could select a bookmark folder and select "Open in New Tabs", which results in each bookmark appearing on its own tab. In 10.10 and earlier, all of the tabs would load in the background so each tab was ready as soon as I switched to it. Since upgrading to 10.11, the tabs only seem to load when I switch to them.

Is this happening for anyone else? Is there a setting somewhere?

Thanks; good to know. It looks like I might be messing around with plist files later :)

Hmm... sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I haven't yet figured out any sort of pattern.

I ended up rolling back to 10.10 (10.11 broke my microphone and I use it a lot)... but have now installed Safari 9 and this issue is back. It's therefore a Safari 9 issue rather than a 10.11 issue.
