Tagging Movies

Is there a way to tag movies and seeing the dvd cover art and info with out using itunes?. I know MetaX BUT you need iTunes to see the cover art. Please someone help me in this I am not useing iTunes. I don't care if I have to pay for the software just want to see my DVD cover art.

See the cover art on what exactly ?, your computer or the TV. I am going to assume the TV, well it will automatically display in the movie list if you have put the art in there with MetaX. Not sure how else you want to view the movie?.
