Tags/Labels

Hi there!

I think this might be a stupid question... but I can't figure it out.

I'm watching a creativelive video, where someone is talking about color labeling your folders - I can't find the Labels, but I can find the Tags.. So I assigned my tags to my folders but it's not giving me the same result as the example. Anyone tell me how I can get the desired result?

The label feature was abandoned in favour of tags in Mavericks and Yosemite. The visuals have changed as well.
