TaiG Crashes every time

I'm trying to jailbreak my iPhone on 8.4... but every time I try to launch TaiG it crashes on opening.

It gives me this error every time. Tried on iMac on Mavericks, MacBook on Mavericks, and MacBook on Sierra. Same thing.

Any ideas?

What version of iTunes are you using? If it's the latest, then this is probably the problem. You'll want to use a version of iTunes that was current when this version of TaiG was released.

Damn, that must be the problem. I think I was on 12.5 and when that wouldn't work I updated to 12.6.

Too bad downgrading Mac iTunes isn't very friendly...

Yeah, I *think* you want something like 11.4 or so. Hard to recall what I was using back then. I do remember there was some issue even back then over the version of iTunes. I had to uninstall/install a couple of versions myself before it would work.
