Take Photos without showing a Preview on the Screen?

I am looking for an application (from the iTunes App Store or from Cydia/Installer since I've jailbroken) that allows you to use the iPhone's camera without showing a preview on the screen. Either a blank screen or a static image and you can tap somewhere for it to take the photo. Any solutions?

If you're jailbroken, Snapture is the best (It's on Cydia). It also has digital zoom and color modifications.

Yes I'm jailbroken, but I'm not getting my iPhone back until next week so I can't test it, but can Snapture disable the viewfinder preview and show a static/blank image in its place?
