Taking a webcam view into Dashboard widget

This is the website for the live view of my school's campus:

Is there any widget that I can use/download that will show me the live view of that site when I go into dashboard? I tried SlothCam but it didn't work properly. Thanks.

I'd just use a dashboard browser and put the homepage as that address.

The scripting is Java, so it isn't an object in the HTML. The widget would have to be REALLY clever to work out that this is a webcam feed....
