Hi guys,

I bought a 30GB white iPod today and loaded it up with my music, ahve been using it for hours (since I got it) and love it. But it seems so likely that there will be a new ipod released on Tuesday. Now if I bought this from Apple directly I have 14 days for a full refund. is that so if I bought it from a retailer like Curys?

Thanks

It depends on the specific retailers return policy. Apple is 14 days. Some places have 30. Some of 0 days. It all depends.

After a quick google search, it appears to be either 7 or 14 days.

You'll want to check about a restocking fee, as well. Many (at least here in the US) have a policy that if you've opened it and there's nothing wrong with the unit (ie: just want to return either because you don't like it or whatnot), then you have to pay a restocking fee (usually 10%).
