Seen some weird behaviors here. Anyone noticed that if you take a picture from the lock screen, you only have a delete button and a camera button when you view the photo? If you click on camera role, the only picture that shows is the picture you just took. The only way you can then email or mms the picture is to close the camera and open the photos app. Weird?

This is by design. If you want to lend your phone to someone to take a picture of you, you want them to just take the picture and not go fiddling around in your phone after they take the picture.

Its security. iOS is protecting an unauthorized person from access all of your photos or past photos you've taken.

Not weird at all. What if your phone is locked and I want to look at your pictures on your camera? I'd be able to if your idea of how this should work was implemented. I'd also be able to send MMS or emails as you.

Now, I see what you mean if say you don't have a passcode lock on your phone... But that's really just a very small "issue."

Ahhh. Yes. Didn't think of the scenario where a stranger takes a picture for you. Makes sense!
