Talked to UPS the Service Downgrade / Unavailable means no Sat delivery in my area :(

She said not all UPS routes are serviced on Saturday. The exception is saying that and they they've pushed me back to normal weekday delivery.

I also spoke with UPS and they told me something completely different.
