Tap click in final Boot Camp

Has Apple allowed for tap clicking on trackpads in the final version of Boot Camp?

According to Apple, the trackpad has all the features in Windows that it has in OSX

Its not included unfortunatley As a matter of fact, I don't notice anything different with the new drivers in Vista.

Its so annyoing, is it really that hard to add this feature?
No laptop works with bootcamp and tapclick, and still apple claims that it should work.
