The last two betas have been the same when it comes to this. I tap a folder to open then tap the app I want but I often have to tap it again a tad more firmly to get it to open. It's a bit annoying but not the end of the world.

The early betas were showing a similar bug except instead of the app not opening it would immediately wiggle and become available to delete. Didn't happen every time but at least 60% of the time.

Anyone else have these issues?

Same thing happens to me. It was better through the "middle" betas, but now it seems to have returned...
I wouldn't say 60% of the time, but it happens occasionally. A 2nd tap does the job.

If I say sometimes I need more than 10 taps to open an app, could you believe?
But this is what I see.
Not happen always but once it happens, you know. I just have the motive to smash the screen.
