iPhone "Tap with second finger to select text" no longer working?

Just noticed that, when using the haptic touch on the trackpad to move the cursor, touching with a second finger to select text no longer works...

This is I guess only applicable to non-3D touch phones, anyone else have this on iOS 13?

Works fine on my pro with iOS 13 beta 4

Anyone with an XR able to check this..?
