I can copy a phone number and paste it into FaceTime to make a WiFi call on my WiFi-only iPad Pro running the latest OS. But I no longer see “Call xxx-xxx-xxxx” at the top of the pop up menu when I tap a phone number.

I reset network settings. Toggled FaceTime on and off on both iPad and iPhone. Nothing.
Any ideas?

If I enter a phone number in Facetime it calls it using my iPhone but call is on the iPad.
I just hit the + type in the number (or paste the numbe is copied from elsewhere) and hit enter then choose Audio. iPP 11 13.2b1

Sorry I should have mentioned I’m trying to tap a phone number in Safari. Previously I would see a pop up that gave me an option of FaceTime or phone call. I no longer see the phone call option.
