I've been mystified by this issue, and have exhausted the helpdesk abilities from both Apple and Target. Help me, Mac Rumors...you're my only hope.

It's been nearly a year since this started. I've used the Target app for shopping for years, and during the pandemic, it was a godsend. But suddenly and for no reason that I can tell, I've been unable to log in or even create a new account. I've attached screen shots with the error message I receive.
The issue persists. Trying to use target.com from a browser on the phone is cumbersome, impractical, and doesn't have much of the functionality of the app.
I'm almost ready to start carrying the @#$%! iPad on my Target runs.

- I've cleared the cache in every single browser on the phone (Safari, Firefox, DDG, Chrome)
- I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app ad nauseam
- I've rebooted
- And finally, I've reformatted my entire phone and reinstalled everything from a backup. Please don't say I need to reformat and install fresh copies of everything? I'll die...)
