I need a service company app or task manager app with desktop support. I have looked at a few but they all seem to be missing one thing or another. Here are a few features I need, anyone know of an app that does this?
1. single phone user task list
2. ability to see tasks of other users/ or a general task field (in case a task is reassigned, the tech can see the notes)
3. Ability to put attachments to tasks (pictures, quotes, tech manuals, etc)
4. desktop support (to make it easier to put attachments to)
5. Ability of tech to update task, mark as done or put back into his own tasks or re-assign to the general tasks. This way the next tech will have all the notes.
6. General web support would be nice, so all tasks can be viewed from my laptop, ipad, pc, mac, etc...
7. attaching pictures to the job would be nice, so the tech can take a pic and update as well.
I thought the general tasks might be nice to have all open tasks and who they were assigned. That way at a glance I can see all jobs and who they are assigned to. The techs would see their specific tasks and could also see the general tasks (if they choose to)
