Howdy all,

I'm a recent switcher. For years I've used TurboTax to handle my tax return, but this time around I have a Mac and I can't seem to find any tax software for it.

Any suggestions?

thanks!

PS: I don't own a small business or anything...just have to handle the income and deductions for the family.

TurboTax and Tax Cut are both available. I dropped TurboTax a while back since Intuit wanted me to pay more for less than the Windows users were getting. That, and the way they were treating Mac users.

Tax Cut works well for me, and costs less too.

The only places you'll be likely to find either would be the Apple Store, CompUSA and perhaps, Staples.

TaxAct is certainly the right price.

I've been used to getting TurboTax Basic for $15-20 all these years, the $35+ that is wanted for TaxCut or TurboTax for Mac seems way too pricey.

Thanks for the advice, I'm gonna try out TaxAct.
