MP 7,1 TB3 AIC for 7,1 in windows Bootcamp?

I know there’s a 2,000+ post thread about adding TB3 to cMP’s but I’m curious about adding one to the 2019 Mac Pro 7,1. Is there a guide out there?

It would mainly be for routing nvidia GPU’s through it (via 2x DP’s) to a Thunderbolt Display. Unfortunately (and understandably), there aren’t any DP-in ports for 3rd party GPU’s, regardless of AMD vs nvidia.
