TC staff voices support for HTC, Nokia in Apple patent case

The staff of the U.S. International Trade commission has recommended that HTC and Nokia not be found liable of infringing on Apple's patents in a dispute over smartphone technologies.

Its all getting pretty pathetic for all companies involved. The web of lawsuits is pretty sad.

Patents are doing more harm than good IMO - overly abused. Customers are the ones who lose the most, and the lawyers always win.
