hello,
I just bought the tdk printon dvd-r from costco but i have some questions. can I use a pen to write on it too instead of printing? and was it a good price if it was $39.99 for 200 dvd-r? ... dvd-r is better than dvd+r, right?

I also got on this deal around 3-4 months ago. It was only 20 or 25 dollars then. But I'd say it's a good purchase.

In regards to DVD-R v. DVD+R, it depends on your DVD player. Some are more picky and prefer one format over the other. DVD+R was more for storage and DVD-R for home media. But I don't think it matters much now. Current players can play both formats.

yes, I do it all the time.

oh wait...a pen? don't you have a marker? I'm pretty sure a pen works.

I don't believe you vega. 20-25 bucks for two 100-spindles of DVD-+R? I just got another 200 today and gotta admit this deal is unbelievable.

To the OP: yes, you may use a pen and/or marker.
