Not realizing how much they were worth....I gave my friend my Team Fortress 2 earbuds. I asked him for them back, but he sold them

lol you people are hilarious, when I first got them I wore them with pride, and they held great sentimental value as a Mac only item, plenty of people have wanted to trade them, but I have ALWAYS refused to part with them, and that was back before they were worth anything

I sold mine for £20 worth of games about a year ago, it was well worth it because people stopped sending me trade requests in every game I played in.
