I have just installed Windows on my iMac, after much deliberation and no little expense!
I am having a few problems getting it to do what I want it to do - firstly,Windows does not seem to recognise my Internet connection that I have on OSX, I have tried searching for it but to no avail, it does not show on the list.
Also, I am trying to run Windows-native games on it, which is one of the main reasons for going back to XP in the first place. None of the games are working, I am getting a variety of error messages (including a nmessage that I have not got DX9 installed, even though I am sure it is on my Mac system.)
I am not convinced that Windows recognizes my Mac graphics card (an ATI X1600) and is using its own default graphics settings instead. I cannot find a record of my graphics card on the Windows operating system, and in any case I am really just clutching at straws. Has anyone experienced similar problems with Windows on Bootcamp, and if so I would be very grateful for any help!
