Sometimes when I'm using the telephoto camera to shot a video, the focus of the camera remains stuck and even if I try to focus manually nothing changes. This happens only in video mode and not all the time. I tried to force restart the iphone besides just reopeing the camera app, the problem persisted. I don't know if this is a software or a hardware related problem. Has anyone else encountered this problem?
