temperature monitor

Hello -
Im looking for a temperature monitor for my macbook. I cant find anything that shows cpu Temps. only the HD temp. I know there are widgets out but they sont show the temps on my macbook. anyone have anything on their macbook you can recomend?

Tired it and it freezes my system... Do you use it on your MacBook?

i used it on my 15'' MacBook Pro, but not anymore
